Legal aid programs in Maine

There are several organizations that provide free legal help to people in Maine, mostly to people whose income is low for the number of people they are supporting.   Some organizations so help people no matter how much they make.  such as people who have experienced abuse or are over age 60.   These organizations take only civil cases.  They don’t take criminal cases (cases where he person who needs could be sent to jail).

ABA Military Pro Bono Project
